3-YEAR INSTALLATION WARRANTY:

From the moment your beautiful garage door is installed, you can rest assured that your garage door will perform long after we have left. Kitsap Garage Door uses only the most superior products on the market and has been awarded the prestigious Angie’s List Super Service Awards for 2 years consecutively.

NEW INSTALLATION (GARAGE DOOR):

Subject to a 3-year labor and workmanship warranty on garage doors purchased from AND installed by Kitsap Garage Door Co. Does not include cost for parts. Three year warranty only applies to Clopay doors. 

Kitsap Garage Door is not liable for damages that occur due to acts of mother nature, damages caused by an individual or damages due to improper care and/or lack of proper maintenance to any garage door and/or opener. 

Kitsap Garage Door reserves the right to use their sole discretion as to all applicable warranty coverage disputes within reason. 

All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original receipt. Failure to do so will result in, at minimum, standard service charge. Warranties are non-transferrable.

SERVICE AND PARTS WARRANTY:

Kitsap Garage Door Co. will repair any garage door issue that occurs as a direct result of the installation during the warranty period. The warranty period is subject to the following:

  1. One year on all parts sold (excluding electronics).
  2. Service warranty is 90 days; pertaining specifically to work that was done on that garage door service.
  3. Electronic parts including circuit boards, capacitors, and specialty parts are nonrefundable.
  4. Remotes are refundable only if returned in new condition with box in good shape and receipt.
  5. One year labor on new Genie openers. Product warranty per manufacturer specs.
  6. Opener service warranty is 90 days; pertaining specifically to work that was done on that opener service.

Please note: Photo cells that are out of level, obstructed or need to be straightened out are common occurrences and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your owners manuals.

ALL OTHER DOOR INSTALLATION:

One year parts and labor.
